It was great. No hassle.
Jeff Rumsey was very helpful in getting my car towed in and setup for repair. The problem was fixed, and my car runs well. Jeff also caught an error in my billing where the labor charge was inadvertently doubled. He took care of this and refunded the extra amount If you need service on your Chevy or Buick, Scoggin-Dickey is outstanding, and ask for JEFF!
Worst place to take your vehicle to get serviced. Not sure if it is because it is warranty work or what, but I am told something different every time I call to check on the progress of my truck. Originally was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get it fixed. Here we are almost 2 months later and still no answers. This is the second time I have had to take my truck in to get warranty work done. First time it took them 4-5 months to get a wiring harness replaced. Now here we are going on 2 months for more warranty work done and s... read more
