Brought my daughter’s Envista to get the filler neck replaced because of a recall and to get an oil change. We live 82 miles away. I asked service guy Fabian if we could get a loaner car, he stated they didn’t have any available for us no. I contacted Luis, the salesman that sold us the vehicle. He hooked us up with a loaner! The WORST experience with Scoggin Dickey, my GMC Sierra was in their shop for 3 months, I dropped it of May 6th at 7a.m and I decided to have them hand over my keys Aug. 4th, during those three months, I made 16 phone calls, wanting to check the status of my truck, never a full explanation instead i received excuses as to why nothing was done, they had me running in circles week after week, DAVID was not very helpful with communication over the 3 months. I really enjoyed working with Evan Cole on the purchase of my Buick. I am a senior citizen and I appreciate the extra patience and the time and effort he spent with me helping me pick out the best vehicle for me and my needs. Also the GM Jonathan was very helpful and the finance manager took very good care of me. Overall it was an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.
Dropped by to buy parts for a 2013 Avalanche rear cover but they don't make them any more. Bummer!! A trip to the wrecking yard is in my future!!!
