RecommendedI left a review already but it must have gotten removed. We had a great move and they were very helpful and on time and gentle with our items. They are not so good on the communication afterwards though. I have tried to call and email and message on Facebook about our HHG and always get crickets in return.
Keyna, Tamira, and Maria M packed us up today. They arrived on time and were very professional, worked hard the entire time they were here! They packed our entire house in one day. They were so nice to my kids, which I really appreciated. They took great care of our stuff. They asked questions about what we wanted packed vs didnt want packed, and followed through on it! Kenya, Amaris, and Tamira were great today! They were punctual, friendly, and very efficient. They took their time to make sure our stuff was well packed or wrapped before our pick up tomorrow. Great job ladies, thank you.
Highly recommend this company! Kenya, Tamira, and Isabel were extremely professional and polite. They did a great job of packing our belongings and did a thorough job of labeling and taking inventory! Eduardo, Michael, and JayVion worked very hard to load all of our things and did a great job of making sure everything was packed properly. Thank you!
I recommend Scobey moving and storage. John and Narry were excellent and Courteous to our family. They communicated well with me. They were timely and treated our belongings with care. The three days of packing and one day for loading the truck I felt completely comfortable around John and his team. Everyday he even took the extra step to let me know his plan for the next day and for clean sweeps to make sure all items were packed. He explained the paperwork and the process with me at the end. George, Narry, and Jamie were on time and very helpful in the move. The only thing I did not like which I heard it is not on them but my boxes got re-packed without my notice. I did not sign off on that and will go all of my HHG to make sure I have everything. But this group of guys was helpful. I try to leave reviews on your website and google but would not let me go to the page.
Great team; keyna, amaris, and Ada were amazing with the packing process which allowed actual pick up to run smooth and organized.
Working with Scobey moving was a great experience! Would recommend to anyone in the Killeen area! From communication to timeliness, to courtesy of workers, the crew and leadership were amazing! 10/10 recommend!
