I scheduled an appointment with a provider by the name of Dr. Lychy because she advertise that she treated children with autism. As a parent of a child on the spectrum, I was hopeful to find someone knowledgeable and compassionate. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. I cannot say enough amazing things about my doctor and her student team. From the very beginning, they showed genuine care, empathy, and compassion. They took the time to truly listen, were incredibly thorough, and worked closely with me over the past year to develop personalized strategies to help manage my autoimmune disease.
Dr. Alexander has been amazing at caring for my feminine health. Her positive energy and knowledge stands out, which I am sure attributes to her success! I have been experiencing issues for years and no other doctors took the time to dive deeper into my symptoms or offer alternative treatment plans. I am already experiencing great progress over the last few months. 10/10 for professionalism of all staff remembers, clean facilities, and excellent patient care.
Very Thorough assessment and diagnosis a 2 hr process. The students are respectful and surprisingly knowledgeable and are friendly and engaging. I always feel better after my visits and nutritional prescriptions. They have allowed me to cut down my pharma prescriptions and feel better!
On Friday October 10th I went to check in for my 3pm appointment. The front desk receptionist, who was named “Haider,” took payment for my appointment last month and demanded payment up front before that day’s appointment. He stated that this was a new policy. Of course, I understand needing to take payment before services but “Haider” raised his tone and spoke to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional way.
