On Friday October 10th I went to check in for my 3pm appointment. The front desk receptionist, who was named “Haider,” took payment for my appointment last month and demanded payment up front before that day’s appointment. He stated that this was a new policy. Of course, I understand needing to take payment before services but “Haider” raised his tone and spoke to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional way. Never met a ruder or more miserable group of people at the front desk than here. If they are the example of what goes on with the doctors, I’d say stay away. Totally unprofessional.

Thank you so much to Dr. Deng and his team of students. Everyone here did an amazing job after my car accident to help get my life and my health back on track. I did several treatments of acupuncture, cupping and guasha. I chose these treatments over drugs and surgery's.
