My mom went here to get her skin checked. They had her waiting for over 20 minutes although there was no one else in the waiting room. The doctor came in to see her once she was called and spent less than 3 minutes with her. He didn't seem to care all that much, prescribed her a medication and left. My mom didn't have any insurance so she spent $300 for a 3 minute consultation. He could've at least spent a bit more time to show he cared, asked questions, and examined her skin problem.
I was feeling embarrassed and anxious about my skin lesions, but Elizabeth and PA Sarah were incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough throughout my visit. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and even applied EMLA cream before starting treatment to help ease the pain. They were prompt, professional, and made the entire process seamless. 치료 때문에 7~8번 정도 다니고 후기 남깁니다. 예약하고 시간 맞춰서 가면 오래 기다리지 않았습니다. 시설 깔끔합니다. 원장님과 NP님이 불친절하지는 않습니다. 다만, 제 병에 대한 치료가 제대로 되지 않았습니다. 치료 받느라 고생은 고생대로 하고, 다 낫지도 않았네요. 진료 및 치료를 1~2분 만에 끝내버리던데, 그렇게 성의 없게 치료하는 것은 잘못된 것 같습니다. 도저히 이건 아닌 것 같아 다른 병원에 가니 꼼꼼하게 잘 치료해 주네요.
