Had appointment to see this Dermatologist,and when I got there the Receptionist said I need a referral ( B S ) never have I needed a referral for a Dermatologist/ BCBS states if it is in network, you only have to Pay specialist Fee. ( No one Mentioned anything about a referral when I Made the appointment) Truly think if a referral was needed it would have been mentioned before the appointment was made ..( ps They called a day before to Confirm my appointment) Day wasted
I don’t usually write reviews but this one was necessary. I just called this place (7/25/25 at 11:03AM) and the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone! I was still talking about my insurance and she hung up on me! She also had a bad attitude just for answering my questions, sounding very lazy and unprofessional!
The doctor the medical assistant is soo unprofessional they messed up my prescription I had to be back and forth for 3 hours to get my prescription right NEVER AGAIN .
