I came here for my back keloid problems and this one was recommended through my podiatrist. I had many issues with my last dermatologist since they weren’t taking me and my issues seriously and kept rushing me and my time as a patient. Well, this is the first and last time I’m ever seeking a dermatologist or any clinic here in Newark. Had appointment to see this Dermatologist,and when I got there the Receptionist said I need a referral ( B S ) never have I needed a referral for a Dermatologist/ BCBS states if it is in network, you only have to Pay specialist Fee. ( No one Mentioned anything about a referral when I Made the appointment) Truly think if a referral was needed it would have been mentioned before the appointment was made ..( ps They called a day before to Confirm my appointment) Day wasted
