Incompetence in unbelievable! Everytime we have been there they have us waiting an hour an half because they forgot I put my son's name on the paper. Last visit we waited AN HOUR and a lady came in 45 minutes late for her appointment and they called her in IMMEDIATELY while we were in time waiting an hour. They said they would call me back within a month with approval response and its been over 2 months of me trying to reach out with no response. Called the office to schedule an appointment and was told the doctor doesn't see new patients with my insurance even though on the website it says he takes it and was told I could see the nurse practitioner?
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be waiting in the lobby for an hour, and when it's finally your turn, they will spend 1 minute with you before telling you to schedule another appointment. When you come back 2 weeks later, it will be the same experience, and on top of it all they will have no idea why you are there because your file won't have any notes from the last visit. This place is designed to create the maximum number of appointments that accomplish nothing so they can keep billing you. Huge waste of tim... read more
