My glasses literally fell apart in 48 hours they have been fixed and the people are nice
So rude. I made an appointment back in the fall but due to my phone breaking I was unable to call them and go to the appointment. Whatever mistakes happen. I called back in January and the lady chastised me for not calling to cancel and I explained but it didn’t seem to help my case, who cares.
