Arrived during 'open' hours. Door locked and lights off. Called the number on the door. 'Oh, that location has been closed for a year and a half now.' My response? 'You might want to put a sign on the door ... or on the internet.' Their response? 'Yeah, sorry about that.' So... yeah. Store is closed. Don't go here. They don't care enough to update Google Maps to tell you.
Poor customer service. After only having spa for 2 1/2 years it developed a leak. Called them since it is under warranty for 5 years well we got the run around. They want to charge this and that and if we have to pay for something ok but u sell this product at least come and look at it. Women on phone wasn't helpful at all. Never recommending and turning this one into a planter.update we have only lived in sc for 6 years. So your response is way off base. Again screwing your customer
