I am a single woman and have looked for over 6 months for a hot tub before I found SCM Relaxation. They delivered my tub last week, and I love it! I've never owned a hot tub before, so I have blown them up with questions about the chemicals, cleaning the filter, ect.. My sales rep Glen has been wonderful, and always answers my questions. I have had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.
Me and my wife bought our 6 person hot tub at the South Carolina State Fair in 2019, and it's been great! I had a knee replacement and back surgery and 30 minutes a day in the tub and the aches disappear! Our rep gave us his cell number, and always answers or calls us back if we have a question! We shopped for about 6 months before we chose SCM Relaxation. We highly recommend!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! My husband and I purchased a spa at the Charlotte Spring home and Garden show on March 6, 2020. It has not worked correctly since we have received it. It will work for a while then it gives us an error code on the keypad and it will not get up to temperature. My husband has spent the last year calling customer service, not being able to get through, leaving a message on the recorder and never receiving a call back. He finally was able to get through to customer service in November 2020, they sent him a part.... read more
