Front office staff and scheduling were great. They gave me fast and precise estimates. They were kind an polite. The nursing staff and the provider were horrible. They are on defense immediately if you want to be you own advocate. The doctor knew he was not truly listening to me because he said it himself "my patients say I dont listen to them" instead of correcting it, his ego reared up and he said hey Im the doctor here, you came to me for an opinion. This place is extremely unprofessional. I came in for shoulder pain, they sent me home with instructions that I followed to a T and it helped 100%. The doctor told me to come back in if I have further issues because it might be related to something else. So I ended up coming back in but this time with worse pain and loss of function of my arm- seemed like a good reason to come in. This place is a joke. I wouldn’t waist your time. If you want real help go somewhere else.
Didn't have to wait long. Amy came out and took good care of me during MRIs. Ladies at check out were helpful.
