Absolute worst place ever. Doctor prescribed wrong drug. Then would not return phone call when we were panicking and trying to get advice on what to do. We left multiple messages with nurses and office manager. Absolutely DID NOT CARE about my 81 year old Mother when he was the prescriber of the drug. His name is Rulon Corry and I would NEVER recommend him.
5 stars & earned every one of them. Highly recommend Tasha Prock for adults & Lillie Turnbough for parents with little ones. Amazing women & great doctors! I can’t remember who the name of the RN under Lillie was I am so sorry, but she was great with our 6 year old as well! This office has earned my upmost respect.
I am shocked they are rated as high as they are. I have given this place many chances so please don't think this is from one bad experience, it's from several. The doctors are fine. It's the total lack of communication. If you expect any urgency to message replies via the "Patient Portal", don't hold your breath waiting. Same goes when you leave an urgent message via phone. This is unacceptable from a Healthcare organization. They are supposed to help make people feel better, not leave them hanging for days. I had a third do... read more
