Front desk team is very rude, unsympathetic, unhelpful, impatient, and they make it an all around bad experience. also they will call you to reschedule last minute and it takes like 3 months to get back in. They were literally laughing at the fact that I was upset that I had to reschedule my appointment.
The clinic staff are very kind and attentive. I saw Amanda for years and I was very pleased with her. Since she moved offices, I am now seeing Brier. I had my first visit with her and I was very impressed. She listened to me and was very helpful!!
TWICE I'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH DR. KRAUSE. I'VE BEEN HAVING MANY seizures and he brushes it off like nothing. His nurse is very rude.
Amanda has really helped me with the bad migraines I’ve had for years. I recommend her to any one.
