My wife was referred to a neurosurgeon. Our appointment was made by them, for her, with a PA. He ordered an MRI and epidural for diagnostic purposes and told her to report the results. She called from our home in Utah (clearly on all our documents for insurance) to report the result. The secretary told her she would not connect the call because the PA is not licensed in Utah. Seen Dr. Kareus. Worst doctor I have ever been to. No diagnosis,no communication. Failed in his duties as a doctor.

Worst Dr's office in the valley. Been trying to get in for a couple months now. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for weeks. Finally get ahold of someone and they say I need to have a different referral sent than the one I already have. Have my Dr send the referral. They tell me it's the wrong kind. Again my Dr sends another. Two weeks go by and they call saying they got the referral and to call them to set up an appointment. Staff was nice and really liked Bradley but they have too many migraine patients. You can NEVER get scheduled on time for your next treatment even though they are scheduled 3 months in advance. Always had to wait an additional 3 weeks for next treatment. They need to deny new patients so they can take care of their current patients in a timely manner.

Front desk team is very rude, unsympathetic, unhelpful, impatient, and they make it an all around bad experience. also they will call you to reschedule last minute and it takes like 3 months to get back in. They were literally laughing at the fact that I was upset that I had to reschedule my appointment.
