I have been a patient of Dr. Hoffman since 2020/2021. In that time, Dr. Hoffman has seen me through many life changes (autoimmune diagnoses, pregnancy, postpartum, ADA/FMLA needs), seasonal sickness and annual exams. What I can say is this: She absolutely cares about her patients and their family’s’. Weird, I must be going to a totally different plane of existence when I visit my doc, Nicole Hoffman, because I have mostly had good experiences here! Dr. Hoffman literally helped save my life with her treatments and advice. The front desk and other staff have been perfectly pleasant and competent. The only negative was that Dr. Hoffman said their referral nutritionists/dieticians at Arapahoe Gastro worked with 12-Step OA members, and they don't. So, I wasted time and money with a telehealth visit on that and had to go elsew... read more

LEFT THE CLINIC WITH AN INJURY! I went in for a routine blood draw, the medical assistant lead, Sapphire, did the blood draw and damaged a nerve in my arm. Couldn't use my arm for 3 month. I still have ongoing pain. I received no apology from Sapphire. Not only did I end up with nerve damage, the receptionist messed up and cancelled my blood work results. I reached out to the clinic multiple times, even hand delivered a letter that went missing. I really believe there are more disasters just waiting to happen at this clinic.... read more
