On January 27, 2026 my heart rate was over 160 BPM for more than an hour. I had an appointment scheduled for March 4, and the medical staff was able to move the appointment up to January 29. The nurse on the phone was able to suggest a different dosage of one of my prescriptions. That brought my heart rate down. When I met with Jayme a NP on January 29, I was very impressed. Everytime I come here, after checking in, I wait and wait and wait, until I finally have to go back up to the front and ask whats taking so long. Today I waited 45 minutes until they finally called me back, and I was the first one in the office. People were called before me that checked in afterme. Terrible service in my opinion. Then, when I was called back, it took 10 minutes to do a 30 second EKG because of machine issues.
