First of all know I hate doctors/hospitals and only went as a last resort. I was greeted by a friendly lady and was almost immediately seen. All the nurses were very nice and I didn't feel talk down to in any way. The doctor was a knowledgable lady who took the time to explain my condition and offered me many other medical treatment options.
