While Dr. Markman may have great credentials, she needs serious work on her bedside manner. She was condescending and did not listen. . I have made it a policy to not write negative public reviews. If I have a complaint, I usually contact the business privately and share my concern, but in this case, I felt like it was so egregious that I needed to do this. Lori
Kind front desk, polite doctors, helps my family and I in every way they can and they’ve helped to solve many of our health issues and emergencies.
This facility offers the best medical services I found in OC. In particular, I want to emphasize my appreciation of PA Yaseen Kady who treats his patients as part of his family and follows up your case diligently, and Dr Ierardi who is a great physician, dedicated and knowledgeable. I hope I can keep taking my family here for many years to come.

I wish I could have a chance to complain about the Doctor or the billing practices, like so many people do, but I never got that far. I reached out two months ahead of when I wanted an appointment for my daughter who is a minor. I communicated with the office staff and told them her age and gave her birthdate in response to questions they had. Then, the DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, they call and say they don't treat minors.
