First appointment today, I'd met her through passing now today on professional level. Her staff was great, then she came in , and I'll say I was nervous she was so very kind and had me at ease. Thanks for awesome service and my feet feel better
I saw this Dr back a few yrs ago, she operated on my right ankle, she did a great job, I however didn't/couldn't comply with after care suggestions bc of basically being on my own, so I honestly didn't have much choice of staying off my foot, Person has 2 eat & pee,,, lol. Long story short I've had 2 have a few more surgeries almost losing my foot bc next Dr screwed up sooo bad. 1st appointment Dr was very attentive,and assistant was very friendly and attentitive. 2nd appointment I felt was a lot more rushed,the nurse didn't even have the courtesy to ask if I needed help with putting my shoes and socks back on athough she hurriedly removed them before the Dr came in. And the fact the nurse stood over me during the appointment was uncomfortable for me.
Made a appointment Didn't even get to see this doctor, which is a shame she was recommended to me by my PCP . Had the app made but receptionist insisted that I bring another 100.00 with me ,I told her no I have a co-pay for specialist of 60.00 anything else that they do would go thru health care and billing. Well she argued with me so I just canceled. Talked to my health care they even said no that's not how it works.
Very disappointing. Went for two foot issues, both requiring prescriptions. After 4 weeks, Dr. Sciulli's office still had not called the insurance company so I could get the prescription filled. Went to a follow up appointment today only to be told by the receptionist that I owed $5.99 copay. When I asked about it I was told they called me to inform me of this amount due.
