Highly professional, yet kind and friendly. Best managed practice I’ve ever been in.
This man violated his ethical obligation as a mandated to reported child abuse when questioned the alleged perpetrator of "inappropriate touching ". He failed to do a physical exam of a 4yo child and failed to file a report to DCF. When DCF questioned his records, he lied and refuted his own medical records to protect himself. He further violated HIPPA discusssing my medical care with a man who had retaining order. I would NOT trust this physician who took an oath to first "do no harm". He should have his license revoked.
I 'stumbled' across Dr. Lane and his staff about 15 years ago and I'm so happy I did. From the fist phone call to his office, the staff was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. My family loves him, and we've never been disappointed with his care and professionalism. Hes a gem.
All the staff at the office are extremely pleasant. Always fitting us in in an emergency. Our family absolutely love the care we get here and would not go anywhere else!
Dr. Lane and his staff are exemplary in everything they do. Quick service, amazing staff and a doctor who truly listens and gets results. Our entire family now goes to him and I could not ask for a better doctor to look after my family.
Dr. Lane and his staff have been a part of our "family" for 8 years and counting and have completely amazed me by their caring nature and professionalism. We truly feel blessed to have found them and will continue to make the 30 minute commute from Plymouth for as long as he is practicing!
