The salon was fantastic, and my stylist, Mary, did an amazing job!! All their products smell great, their quiet space is very relaxing, and they offer complimentary tea/coffee. All these perks are great, but the best is the way my hair turned out. The cut and color is absolutely perfect!! I will for sure be coming back.
I adore this sweet gem in La Mesa! I love the story behind their witty name, their sustainability feels truly authentic and the vibe is down to earth and sensory conscious. Melissa is wonderful! I have thick wavy hair down to my butt and was a little nervous my first visit but she listen, met me where I was and was honest about my hair goals/needs. So happy to support a heart-centered local business like Scisters!

I can’t speak highly enough about this salon. Every time I visit I feel like I can just relax and enjoy! Even if I’m just dropping by to browse the goodies in the shop (great gift shopping). Melissa specifically has transformed my hair, she is a master of a natural yet glowing look I love. She gave me the perfect look for a job interview and I hear I’m not the first one who has landed a job after her appointment
