I spoke with Chris to schedule a 5 point inspection on a smaller home. I ended up completing the inspection myself; however, Chris was very polite and knowledgable and took into consideration the smaller size of the home when quoting the inspection and even worked to schedule a weekend inspection on short notice.
Chris was great to work with and I would highly recommend him. My report was available for review 24 hours after the inspection was completed. He took the time to go through everything and was very knowledgeable.
