We have known Dr. Yates our entire lives. We switched from Norman Pediatrics to Scissortail and couldn't be happier. They have gotten my little girl in the same day as our issue within 2 hours of my call. My daughter absolutely loves her! She's super comfortable talking to her about anything and she's only 8 years old. They get us in and out without making us feel any kind of rushed, but also we aren't in the waiting room for an hour before our appointment. My Granddaughter, Skylar, loves Dr. Yates. She is very thorough and always takes her time with Skylar and always makes sure all our questions are answered.
We had a great first experience at the clinic this morning for a well child checkup! The staff is very friendly and the building has a great setup that is extremely kid-friendly. My timid 3-year-old was immediately at ease and talkative with the doctor who examined her. It is obvious the love and knowledge of kids at this clinic!
