Update: 06/20/2026 - After expressing disappointment with my haircut from the previous barber, the owner was very professional and respectful in resolving the issue. The newly assigned barber, Lana (hopefully Im spelling her name correctly), worked her magic and was able to fully transform my haircut into precisely what I was looking for. As a pre-fathers day gift, my wife arranged/purchased the 15 year service. Unfortunately, my haircut did not meet any of my expectations. I have never been so unhappy with a haircut from a barber in my life. I do take comfort in knowing that the staff was nice and respectful, but that was the highlight of my experience. From what I can tell, this shop appears to target only a select group. My grade of hair does not apply at this establishment nor does my money.

First experience with Scissors and Scotch in Atlanta, have to say it was one the best experiences I've had with a new barbers, always that unknown but those concerns went away as the team there are so easy going and most importantly genuine.. Had my first cut with Christopher, one of the nicest guys and most professional cut I've had in a long time..he took his time, got to know what I needed and was 100% all the way through. Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and also very surprised at how many positive reviews this place has compared to the service. I sat on a chair for two hours, I chose the “25 year”, the fade was good but everything else was not. The line up was terrible, beard trim not clean, it was the most stressful haircut I have ever gotten. I will have to finish it at home to clean up my face with a shaver. Sadly I can’t leave a better review but here’s the experience: They closed early due to it being a “slow day” and I wasn’t even able to get my parking validated. Left work to get a haircut and ended up eating the parking cost to not get a haircut despite Google saying they were open for another hour and a half.
