As a first-time customer, I was greeted by Scissor & Scotch personnel and given a quick tour. The stylist ( Christian) followed my haircut request and Danielle was Customer centric/ hospitable.
I went in to Scissors and Scotch for the first time for a hair trim and the service was very friendly and helpful, and the trim was done very efficiently! To be able to get a quick haircut and then go and get a free drink was a nice experience and I signed up for a membership on the spot! Highly recommend!
Customer Service and haircuts are great here!!
I wish I could go weekly!
