Luckily, a few years back, I found Brian at Scissor's Edge. This place brings the high-quality, big city haircut at a fraction of the Uptown price. I go and see Brian every 2 weeks and I'm still paying LESS than if I were to visit some fancy place in Miami who charges an arm and a leg because they give you a glass of cucumber water.
