Fort Collin's Best New Addition! What an Awesome Barbershop! Scissors and Sinners opened in January of 2009 and I have been frequenting it ever since. Owner/Barber, Melissa, is not only amazing at what she does, but she does it with true passion. And it shows not only through her haircuts, but the entire barbershop from decor to music to the positive energy flowing through the place.
