Unreliable – Very unreliable. I came to this salon after having a bad experience at Grum on Oakland Park. Eric is superb at cutting hair at Scissorium but he also has a salon in North Carolina and spends much of his time there. I was always missing him when trying to schedule another appointment. He also didn't return 2 of my phone calls nor did he every follow up with me even to inquire why I haden't been back. I find this to be unacceptable and certainly not indicitive of a business that would call themselves professional.
