I’ve been to so many brow and lash salons all over Los Angeles and nothing compares to Arsineh! Her prices are unbeatable, and the quality of her work is amazing. I walk out of her salon feeling confident and beautiful. She’s truly talented and so sweet. I go to no one else. Highly recommend!
