Arsineh is the best!! She always does a great job with my eyebrows. I only trust her with my eyebrows, she will never disappoint! With affordable prices she does excellent work! I 100% recommend you go to Scissor and Tweezer! Arsineh also does beautiful makeup, eyelash lifts, and facial threading!

My friend wanted to treat me to a little self care today. She’s been a loyal client of Arsineh for about 6 years now and I can see why. Arsineh’s salon was clean and decorated very nicely. I was a bit nervous as this was my first time getting my eyebrows done. She was super sweet, made me feel comfortable and kept on complimenting my natural eyebrows. She also filled them in and told me which color to buy. I absolutely love the new look!! I will most definitely be back. Thank you Arsineh!!

Arsine does my eyebrows once every few weeks. Outside of her being an amazing person I have never left her business unhappy. She never makes you wait specially if you have an appointment.
