I was a walk-in and the gentleman said they could do my cut in 45 min so I said that’s fine. I told him just a haircut. He proceeded to spray my hair with water and start the cut. No problem with that. Then he told me that since I had a side part that my hair will be longer on one side. The cut was a standard bob - I was processing what he said when he asked if I heard him. Will always be my go to place. I’ve tried Sports Clips and other barbers for years and at so many different locations. Joseph is the only competent one I’ve found, that is consistent, knowledgeable, and experienced. The rest of these barber shops around here just keep hiring people fresh out school that have no clue what they’re doing.

I called the salon someone answered and then immediately hung up. I called back and this time someone answered and said Hello Scissorhands and I mentioned that I had just called and was hung up on. Lorraina was extremely rude for no reason at all and gave me an attitude and poor customer service saying “you need to check your phone lady” I had questions about the salon but was pretty shocked with how I was treated. I will definitely never contact this salon again.
