I’ve had an excellent experience with this property management company! The team is incredibly professional, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about creating a great living experience for their tenants. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed property!

Charter Club Apartments, London Ohio. We moved out in March. Paid $500 pet deposit and now we get a letter stating we will get $5.00 of our $869 deposit back due to them replacing the carpet. Nowhere on the paper did it show us paying the $500 pet deposit and neither the manager Lori or Scioto Management Group will return our calls. The place is a joke. "We manage and own, a variety of assets"- SMG By manage and own, they mean that they try to do it all without outside help or hiring the right amount of people to get jobs done. They hoard money while letting their properties slowly fall apart, and the landscaping becomes an eyesore. Their properties are nice when first purchased, then they squeeze as much profit as they can while cutting corners.
