had what i wanted only took a lil bit to get it in (the next week) price was fair people were friendly so i would say fast frienldy and reliable service
they do not deliver what they promised 2 days in a row. I needed a door.they promised it in 4 days up to a week.we paid them to deliver the door. they promised 2 days in a row.i made it clear we needed the door Asap. the guy on the phone promised.
We ordered and paid for a new front door on April 7.......was told it would be in the following Tuesday.. Have messaged several times to ask if door was in.....and all we get is that "it'll be on the next truck"........Thursday, May 17, was advised that our door was finally in. Today, we made the 60 mile round trip to get it..........and it wasn't there!
3 months to get my a storm door in and it was wrong!!! Really bad customer service...
