Excellent experience! Marco made sure I was not inconvenienced in any way. Had a loaner car Pre reservation for me and was honest and very professional. The quality of work was top tier in my opinion down to cleaning my car after the repair. I would recommend Toyota of plano to anyone I know because they take great care of their customers!
I bought a used vehicle from here. The fob the dealership gave me has no physical key inside. This is a critical safety & security oversight. I experienced a lockout recently, & could not get into my car. I called the dealership daily for 3 days. I sent emails, left messages for my sales rep, no response! Mind you, they can pull your information based on the number you call from. The only person that called me back was a male sales rep, trying to get me to trade in my car!
