I had a great experience! The service was fast, the employees were very friendly and professional, and I was very happy with everything. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash. The special was an amazing deal, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!

Been to Toyota of Plano eight times and they still haven’t fixed multiple issues with my vehicle. Service team has been consistently unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and downright disgraceful. Zero accountability. Zero pride in their work. They just keep failing to diagnose and repair the same problems while treating customers poorly. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid this dealership if you actually want your car fixed and to be treated with basic respect.

I had done my research over the weekend online. I walked in with all intentions of looking at a few vehicles, taking some notes amd pics and getting an idea of the final price then going to check out a few other dealerships. Instead I walked out with a new car. Junior, my sales guy, is great and knowledgeable about the different vehicles and what options they have.
