Had to wait over 15 mins for my advisor to appear. Might not be his fault as I came earlier than he expected. Someone else should have stepped up. The personnel at check out leave much to be desired. Rough gruff and unfriendly. The car was delivered, driver door opened but he walked off before I got there without saying a word.
