I brought in two repair jobs, one was to re install windows on my laptop and the other was to transfer data from a hard drive to a disk. The laptop was fixed asap BUT I just found out the Hard drive ended up getting recycled with out saving my photos. I got an I'm sorry guess that's better than my photos. Not a happy camper at all.
