I started my search for a new “used” car. I found one on this lot and I inquired about it. I was responded to very quickly and very professionally. Made an appt and went in. I met with Vahid and he showed me the car. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (which were many). Decided to purchase the car. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. Their finance manager, Yosef, is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. He pressured me into buying extra products I didn’t want, and when I declined the warranty, he became rude and even cursed at me. On top of that, they took my money and have refused to return it.
