NOTE: I’ve been a customer here for nearly 15 years. Reviews here were consistently five stars — until five months ago, when Swickard out of Las Vegas bought them out. Service immediately dropped to one-star and remains there. Last week (March 2025), my husband brought in his car and they kept him waiting more than an hour before even bothering to check him in. it's unclear what exactly their maintenance team is doing. absolute chaos. we had an appointment at 9, and nobody was around this morning to do intake for cars (we waited 20 minutes to drop off our keys; somebody else was waiting 45 minutes). currently waiting 15 minutes for our car to be brought around *after* we were told to go to the pickup area. new ownership occured a few months ago, and quality of service has dropped precipitously since then
Just a lowly 2009 Prius owner but was satisfied with my last service visit. Mr. Rotter was a very professional service rep. I will continue to bring my car here for maintenance and when the time comes to buy a new one this is where I will start shopping. Edit to add, returned to visit for a water pump repair. Very happy with service here. Swickard provided me a free loaner car for two days. Satisfied customer and will continue to give them my business.
