My husband and I want to extend a stellar review to the wonderful staff at Swickard Toyota in Redwood City. Not even a week ago, we purchased a car there. We are very happy with the car and also with Nazir, Antonio and Yosef. They were all personable, professional and great human beings! If you are thinking of purchasing a car, this is the place to go! I bought my car front this dealership three years ago, and I have to say the attention was stellar. However, the car service they offer has been going down since last year or so. It’s very disappointing to wait more than 8 hours for your car to be serviced on a Saturday, but it’s even worse to have a scheduled appointment for a repair on a weekday, and they tell you that they don’t have the needed parts to repair your car. I needed technical help on my Toyota Navigator that didn’t work. On Oct. 1, 2025 I went inside the show room to get some help and find sales man who was willing to help me on my inquiry . He came out from his office and worked on my Toyota Camary 2019 to fix the problem. He spent more than half an hour to fix the problem . He couldn’t fix it but he found out that the problem was due to my iPhone not the car. I deeply appreciate his effort and wanted to say thank you. B. Rad
