New owner so making sure this review is for the NEW owner. Very friendly an kind ,was very good at explaining things an making sure I understood everything. You can come an go as you like (you don't have to wait for them to open) Lots of new camera's ect. They also have a professional spray service ect. I 100% feel safe with my unit...

Gate code is not working and you can not get whole of anyone
5 stars for sure: No flooding. No unwanted insects. Coded gate access. Low traffic area. Management was responsive when I called about the gate code (actually calling from the gate). They called me back rather quickly. When I emailed about my billing changes, I got a response in a reasonable amount of time. I don't need storage now, but if I find myself in Coffeyville again, I'll store there again if it's needed.
Cheap but with that also comes the lack of cameras so it's store qt your own risk kind of thing.
