We recently buried our aunt with this funeral home and the director Retha was extremely rude and unpleasant with multiple members of the family during both the planning process and funeral services. She had an extremely nasty attitude and constantly made the people in charge of planning the funeral feel they were a bother when they were the ones commissioning her services! I felt comfortable and at ease from start to finish. They took great care of my beloved Matriarch and I will never forget it .
Top notch service, Ms. Arnold is such an amazing person and her staff, dealing with my family's grief she made is feel comfortable. They did an superb job on my dad, everything was simply white glove service. I just want to thank the Arnold home for everything and making us feel like family.
My family and I are so great full for the services provided. They were so professional and did an outstanding job. Door to door services. The staff were respectful and compassionate. They made sure to tend to everyone and my handsome Uncle looked amazing on his final goodbye. Very satisfied with their services.
