Great place to Train. I have been wanting to do martial arts for a long time but I have always thought karate classes were pretty hokey. I knew most of that stuff would not work if I really needed it. MMA looks cool but who wants their arm broken? I have a job and a mortgage, I cant afford to get hurt. I found this place about a year ago and it is fantastic. They teach real martial arts that I know will work because it is all competition based.
