Poor customer service. not responsive
They failed to complete the job. After rescheduling 3 times, they never came back to finish the treatment that was started. They have had 2 office managers this year and after calling/emailing numerous times - they state the owner is never in the office. Calls and emails to the owner also never get answered. With so many alternative options in pest control, stay away from a company that does not communicate with the customer.
Pest control services were paid for in advance for treatment over a 2 month period. The technician arrived one time and never returned. Each week the company cancelled. No one ever responded, called back, or refunded the money. I am filing complaints with the better business bureau, the office of the attorney general, and other agencies.
Called and scheduled service to roaches. Prepared to get treatments and after the first week, no one ever came back. Check was cashed and office manager and owner never return my calls or email. I thought they had gone out of business because there has been 0 communication.
