I would give zero stars if it would let me. Absolute worst customer service. We ordered a large quantity of item A; they invoiced us for, and shipped item B, which was the wrong item. Because we were proactive and paid the invoice before we received the shipment, they consider that a binding contract and refuse to refund or exchange the erroneous item B for the correct item A. Now I'm stuck with something I cant use, out the money, and still don't have the parts I need.
