Driver with the plate DB 240086 drove 75 mph in a 55 zone attempting to prevent me from taking my turn then proceeded to lay on the horn after he followed me to my home. You can't fix stupid but you can stop buying brakes from their business if they're going to drive like they own the road and everyone on it. Despicable behavior drive 55 and stop trying to cut people off as they merge into a turn lane 3 miles from their house .
