Great people work there. They are very thoughtful and caring. They have treated me like family.
I did not even have time to fill out the papers before being rushed out the door. Sarah Brown was so worried about getting to the next patient that she did not listen to my concerns. I felt like my appointment was a complete waste of time . She did not want to listen or seem to care about anything I had to say one of the worst provider experiences I've ever had.
My review is strictly about 1 provider (Sarah Brown) and her “nurse” I was seeking to be established by a patient at this clinic however, after being weighed I stepped into a room and told the “nurse” my medical history & medications (took a total of 2-3 minutes) the second that nurse walked out the room and shut the door I heard her immediately talking about me (in a personal matter - not medical) to Sarah Brown who in fact engaged in the matter. Extremely disappointed that they do not see kids in this doctors office. Was turned away for a toddler visit Well child.
