Working with Google fiber they came out to install the fiber to my house before the agreed upon install date. Dug up my yard and then told me they wouldn't come back to repair it. After many calls they finally came back and put the dirt back and the sod but later that day after this was over they called (I have the ticket timestamp) locate (blue stakes) to come and paint my yard for digging. When performing work on a residential street, it’s important to display proper signage and communicate clearly with residents about access to their block. Today, one of the workers on site was discourteous when approached — behavior that reflects poorly on the company. Professionalism and respect toward the community should always be a priority.

I see the low starts on this business does seem to affect it, but here goes. This company installing ground cabling in my neighborhood has been an absolute joke. Workers standing around, vaping, not knowing how to operate equipment property. Let me help explain my point about the equipment. They are poking the equipment with sticks, pounding on it with hammers, and shaking it to try to get it to work properly. Back and forth they go trying to do the same thing over and over again.
