Worst service department Ever! You book your truck in to get a fault fixed? They tell you how long long they need it for, usually a day and the vehicle is off the road for that day and you go to pick it up and they haven’t done anything!!. This is not the first time .I cannot believe how unprofessional and backward. This place is to spend $270,000 on a truck and you expect some sort of service. Hino FD 1124 Truck Maintenance Issues. I have been experiencing significant maintenance problems with my Hino FD 1124 truck, which was purchased brand new in 2019 from Sci Fleet Coopers Plains. The truck was under warranty, but only one month after the warranty expired did it begin to exhibit issues. Initially, the turbocharger malfunctioned, followed by problems with the exhaust brakes. "Disappointing experience! Booked a service, notified them about running late due to my pregnant wife's scan, and i was very flexible with returning of truck as i already cancelled my schedule for next 2 days just for the service. Suggested there is no rescheduling before May 15, but the 2K price tag was outrageous compared to competitors. Unprofessional and overpriced.
