This company keep ruining people refinance deals I think they don't know what they are doing if your lender schedule an appointment with them you better tell your lender you don't trust them do to the reviews in my appraisal they said my house is connected to a septic tank when the house is connected to the city sewer line they dont have an idea of this job and the appraisal was at least 10% low of a real value after he tell me at least 5 times the I'm paying for his knowledge hahaha.

Can not agree with the other reviews more strongly. Mark is clearly a nice guy but in the wrong industry. He showed up on time, was friendly and did his appraisal quickly and professionally. When the appraisal came back I was shocked at how low it was. He chose comps not in the neighborhood even though the house across the street had just sold a month prior and is identical to my house. Worst Appraisal Company. Terrible Customer service and EXTREMLY Not knowledgeable. Almost ruined my escrow. Fired Mark and hired a real company not someone working out of there garage/home and having his wife answering the phone pretending they are a real company. The guy is a 100% moron in my opinion.. STAY AWAY or you will regret hiring this ignorant moron.
