1 star for the receptionist NICOLE and the person who scheduled our appointment. When I called to book, I was offered two appointment times: 1:20 PM and 2:20 PM. I specifically chose the 1:20 PM slot. However, when we arrived, the receptionist told us our appointment was actually scheduled for 2:20 PM. I explained that I had requested the 1:20 PM appointment, but instead of trying to resolve the situation, I was simply told we would have to wait over an hour. First time, I've ever been to a doctor's office that I felt like they didn't even want me there.
I had an urgent visit needed and the person got me in within 2 hours from my call. So grateful. But I would say their automated system and the call back from me calling them the next day needs improvement, I never received a call back or even a text. That should be improved for sure.
They are bad at picking up their phone, that’s all I can say about this place, called them 20 times just to waste time talking to a robot. Still wasn’t able to reach anyone lol, I have to find another place I guess
More of an urgent care vs a specialty clinic. The doctor assigned to me here neither had the experience nor the patience to treat anything beyond the very basic. Don't waste your time or risk your health here
