It was good all around. The scheduling was seemless, and the appointment itself was exactly what I needed.
It was my first time visiting this dermatologist because I wanted to find a practice closer to me. The staff at the front desk seemed nice, but unfortunately the office isn't very timely. After waiting an hour, I still hadn't been seen by the nurse practitioner and ended up having to leave. It's frustrating because I have a busy schedule, specifically set aside time for this appointment, and paid $50 in Ubers to get there only for it to be wasted. I had a very nice experience with Dr. Amalia yesterday. I went for my annual skin check since the Florida sun is harsh, and regular checks are must. Booking the appointment was very easy, and the clinic sent several reminders beforehand (lots of them!), which I appreciated. The appointment itself went very well. Dr. Amalia answered all of my questions, was extremely professional, thorough, and attentive throughout the visit.
