Every single person in this practice is superb! Staff, assistants and Doctors! Very professional yet super nice. I've been here for a variety of dermatology issues and am very happy with the medical team. That the Lincoln Road office is so nice is another bonus. I highly recommend this group.
Dr. Jadoo was very good, but the overall experience was deeply disappointing. When I received concerning test results, it became nearly impossible to reach anyone. For three days, I called the office repeatedly—at least five times—only to be routed to a call center that had no answers. No doctor, no nurse, no return calls. I called in their operating hours !!!! Beautiful and convenient location. EXCELLENT bedside manner. They took their time, answered all my questions thoughtfully and knowledgeably. One of the few dermatologists that answered my medical questions, and didn’t press cosmetic procedures and sales. Highly recommend this facility! No wait time!
