Dr. Gumaste demonstrates a concerning lack of empathy, which is an essential quality for any medical professional. In my experience, her interactions are extremely brief—lasting no more than 60 seconds—and fail to provide meaningful assistance. Her approach conveys a profound disinterest in patient care, leaving me with the impression that she is unwilling to engage or address concerns in a thoughtful manner.

Worst experience you can never get an appointment. If you try speaking with a human good luck with that. All responses take 24 hours for response. I was told if I ever get facial cystic acne to call and they will get me in that day. That day is actually a week from that day. Worst place to get service

If I could give a minus I would. Went to see Doctor Flamenbaum & I do not wait in waiting rooms. I was going to sit in the car and let the receptionist call me. She said they do not do that and if I was not there, I would miss my appointment. BTW: This waiting room was very small with all chairs taken and the people were right next to each other. Incompetent, no compassion, rushed me out of the office and doesn’t listen to what i have to say about my medical issue in the initial consultation! I’ve never experienced such ineptitude. Went in with a very small and shallow epidermoid cyst on my forehead wanting to have it removed as it had been growing for months. My father died of skin cancer 25 years ago, so with a family history of cancer i wanted to get it checked out and biopsied, which any Dermatologist could easily done in office. I visited Schweiger Dermatology in Yonkers NY three times: once for a consultation and twice for a treatment. I was informed that my treatment would total $199. I paid $240 upfront for these visits. I have the credit card statement with this charge as well. My payment was split over two days: 12/7 and 12/14. My visits were covered under insurance. I had 3 appointments. My insurance was billed. Had my follow up visit at Mays Landing office. The nurse practitioner is excellent. But the office was close for awhile due to her being out. Even though earlier I was told that the doctor is there on Thursdays. Don’t believe a word they tell you when and if you call. I wish I checked out the company on BBB before going. Went back to have more dry skin remove and was told they have No nitrogen to do anything. How can a dermatology have no nitrogen and continue to see patients. I was completely misdiagnosed by Schweiger Dermatology and did not receive proper treatment, even after seeing four different dermatologists over a nine month period. All appointments were rushed with little to no concern over my obviously worsening and painful condition. The clinic made thousands off my insurance, but because I did not receive proper care.
