Very bad experience.
I brought my 8-year-old son in for evaluation of skin changes that have been ongoing and concerning to us. The appointment lasted approximately five minutes. While the doctor initially greeted us politely, the interaction quickly became very matter-of-fact and dismissive. I would not recommend, still waiting for scripts to be send from my apt on Friday. Its now Tuesday, sent texts to remind, still nothing. This is standard part of an apt. Unacceptable.
Rude front desk when you visit and forget having your calls answered or your voicemails returned. Even the pharmacy could not get a hold of them and asked me why do I even go there.
I had a very disappointing experience at my first appointment with Dr. David Nieves today. Although the medical assistant took time to collect my history and concerns, my interaction with Dr. Nieves lasted less than five minutes. When he entered the room, he simply asked me to show him what I had already explained to the assistant, without asking follow-up questions or acknowledging my full story.
