I honestly hate to do this but I'm genuinely so frustrated with the experience I've just had and want to warn other patients. It took a lot of work to find a good dermatologist in network for me. I finally found one here, and was excited to book. So I called to schedule, told them my information and the name of the doctor who I wanted to see. Arrived for appt, check in was quick and wait time minimal. The Dr came in and was pleasant and thorough.
Kristen was friendly, thorough, and explained what she was doing before she did it.
Been going here for years. Doctors are great. Front desk is extremely rude. When you call it’s an obstacle to get through to speak to a human. When you finally get someone on the phone the conversation is terrible. It feels like they are doing you a favor by answering your phone call when this is their job! I will be looking to go elsewhere even though I enjoy the doctors.
