In the midst of chaos, Bob Lazear was so understanding and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease..He is a fellow cyclist and it was easier to talk with someone that understood the situation, I was at fault in the accident but I was able to receive a settlement from my insurance company to cover additional costs that i incurred.
