I had an amazing experience working with Taylor today. She went above and beyond help me find the perfect piece I was looking for. She is very knowledgeable and patient and made the entire process so enjoyable and stress free. Highly recommend visiting the store and asking for Taylor if you’re looking for a beautiful piece.

Schwartzchild has very nice and helpful staff. I've gone twice to get bracelets adjusted for watches I didn't buy from them. And my friend had his Omega pocket watch serviced back to working condition using me as the contact. Great service and very friendly. Definitely recommend.
My visit was awesome with a warm welcome and will definitely be back soon.
