Excellent rental property management . Jo Ferguson has been great managing our rental property. Worked very hard to find a suitable tenant.
Fast, Professional, and Highly Recommended. The leasing process for our apartment was incredibly smooth and fast. Everything happened much quicker than we expected, and communication was always clear, efficient, and straightforward. They supported us at every stage of the process, answered all our questions promptly, and were always very helpful and approachable. We felt well guided and confident from start to finish. We highly recommend their services and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
We used Schwartz to manage our rental property and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Communication often felt tenant-first rather than balanced, and when the tenant vacated the property in poor condition, we felt our concerns weren’t taken seriously.
